Nogsy was a criminal who was interviewed by Barry Norris and Manny Bianco (who was only posing as a policeman) in 2000. He has been described as a real villain, although it is unknown what crimes he has committed. He was startled by Manny's strange style of interviewing, and when Manny finally admitted that he wasn't a real policeman, Nogsy got such a fright that he confessed all of his crimes and was put into prison for at least two years.
